Take a look inside IGA Sial Farm

One cow, a village in motion.

Sunrise in Waryam Wala: a family stands with their cows outside a village home, and a ribbon of milk-light begins to travel across the ground
01

The family already owns the asset.

Two or three cows, and no system around them — thin shade, a near-empty feed basket, no vet within reach. She gives four litres a day instead of twelve. The animal isn't the problem. What's missing is everything around her.

Cows from several families walk in and become one managed herd under an open shed; the ribbon splits, one branch returning to the village
02

One cow arrives. Then another. Then another.

Families keep ownership and lease their animals to the farm. In return they receive a guaranteed monthly income — and their cows get shade, clean water, measured feed and a vet on call. Many small limitations become one large efficiency.

A contribution travels as a circle of light from a phone across a world horizon and lands on one specific animal and on farm equipment
03

You don't fund an invisible organisation.

A contribution leaves a phone in Riyadh, Sydney or Lahore and lands on one named animal — or a solar pump, a milking machine, part of a tractor. You can see exactly what you helped build.

One cow walks with her live record floating around her, mirrored on a partner's phone, above a timeline of her progress
04

She becomes a living, trackable project.

Health, feed, yield, veterinary checks — her record travels with her, and the same record appears in your hand through Manzil. Arrival, first check, healthier, producing. The system becomes transparent.

The ribbon of milk transforms as it crosses the village into a wage, a schoolbook, a laptop, a solar panel, green fodder and biogas
05

Profit doesn't leave the village. It changes it from inside.

A wage in a worker's hand. A schoolbook. A laptop where a village woman runs the farm's records from her own home. A solar panel. Green fodder. Biogas. One continuous flow, never leaving.

The whole farm at golden hour with future buildings drawn as lines of light, and the ribbon curving right around it to close the loop
06

Not charity. Not just dairy. A system that keeps giving.

One animal can support a family. One farm can strengthen a village. One sustainable system can continue for generations.

About IGA Sial Farm

A not-for-profit farm reimagining rural dairy.

IGA Sial Farm is a community-first initiative built on compassion, sustainability and modern thinking. Our mission is to support rural families in Punjab by turning traditional dairy farming into a structured, fair and transparent Dairy Farm as a Service model.

Sponsor a Cow

Philanthropists sponsor an animal that generates ongoing income for families in need, education and community development — a lasting legacy of hope and opportunity.

Partner with your Cow

The concept

The DFaaS model — a charity that behaves like a business.

Rural farmers often own two to four cows per household, but struggle to provide proper shelter, nutrition and healthcare. Villagers lease their cows to the farm for a fixed period and receive guaranteed monthly income, while their animals are cared for in a professional, fully equipped facility.

01

Villagers earn income

A stable, guaranteed monthly payment for the fixed lease period — income that does not depend on a good month or a good buyer.

02

Cows are well cared for

Communal conditions with better nutrition, clean water, shade and timely veterinary care.

03

Project Partners see results

Every sponsor can track their contribution and the tangible impact it has on the herd and the village.

04

Profits rebuild the community

100% of farm profits are reinvested into local development — jobs, schooling, animal care and women's empowerment.

Key highlights

Why Project Partners choose IGA Sial Farm.

Not a donation that disappears into an organisation. A working farm where the costs are engineered down, the records are open, and every rupee of profit returns to the village it came from.

01

A charity that grows sustainably

Solar power, biogas and year-round green fodder keep running costs down — so every rupee of profit can fund jobs, animal care and empowerment instead of overheads.

02

Increased earnings through collective care

One managed herd spreads the cost of feed, water and veterinary care across every animal — higher yield per cow, and a better monthly income for the families who own them.

Economies of scale

03

Empowering rural women

Training and digital tools let village women run operations and farm admin from their own homes — paid work that does not ask them to leave the village.

04

Transparency & accountability

The Manzil app puts animal welfare, equipment in use, milk production and the community projects your sponsorship funds into your hand — all of it, openly.

05

Long-term community impact

Built for a generation, not a season: schooling, employment and steady household income that compound year after year in the same place.
